 Worry

Worry tears you apart from the inside,
Once or twice it may not hurt you inside,
But sooner or later it drives you insane.

It distresses you until you have heartache,
From there it eats at your body internally,
You just end up driven out of your mind by pain,
Eventually you find a way to cope.

Some go through mental, emotional pain others physical,
Mental or emotional hurt far worse cause they can drive you to the point of suicide,
Physical yeah it hurts but it's easier to heal the damage.

Worry just scares you beyond all wits and beyond help,
You worry most about loved ones,
Which just causes you to suffocate them by how close you try to get,
It causes everything to go awry and screw-up,
So please don't worry.

Its better to get hurt,
Then to worry about getting hurt, then get hurt,
That pain lingers longest.
